Reservation Policy

Please read our Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

Billing Policy:

A valid credit card number is required to confirm a reservation online. Two day deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. Christmas and New Years reservations will be charged a 50% non refundable deposit. Your credit card will be charged in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing official bank exchange rate at the moment the credit card is charged.

   – All prices are in USD (based on double occupancy) and are subject to 19% Federal Tax.

   – Children over 12 years of age are considered adults.

   – Extra person charge is $15 USD + 19% tax.

   – Rates are subject to change at any time.

Exchange Rate Policies:

The hotel’s rates are fixed in US dollars but we are legally obliged to charge all credit cards

in Mexican pesos. Guests can settle their account with US dollars using the same exchange rate, thereby

avoiding any exchange rate losses on their credit card statements.

 

Cancellation Policy:

$25 USD non refundable service charge with more than 45 days advance notice. 44-30 days: 1 nights’ charge. 29-15 days: 50% of the total reservation amount. 14 days or less: No refunds.

Holiday Cancellation Policy:

There will be no refunds in the case of no shows and cancelled reservations made for the Holiday Season.
